I started programming in elementary school with Minecraft Mods - I do remember the very first one; I made a marshmallow you couldn’t eat. Next was Lua for a Minecraft Mod called ComputerCraft (Now CC:Tweaked). Then I was running and managing my own Linux servers for Minecraft. As you can probably tell, Minecraft is very important to me. It taught me a lot. Everything I know, I learned because I needed to solve a problem in front of me; it just so happened that the problem was mostly Minecraft related.

These days my life is a bit different. I love messing with my Kubernetes cluster LISA. At my house we name our machines after Simpsons characters. From time to time I also do CTFs and plan to post writeups for them here.

Professionally I work as a DevOps Engineer, I’ve done it for about 2 years, so still very new and excited about growing. Beforehand I was a teacher, I taught for a certification called the Certified Associate Python Programmer.

Archives

Search
